Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into thin fry shapes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well-coated.

Cooking

  • Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot fries, allowing it to melt slightly.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak cut fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
