Preparation

  • Season the lamb chops generously with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Add the seasoned lamb chops to the hot skillet and sear for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  • In the last minute, add butter, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary to the pan and baste the chops.
  • Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the chops.
  • Let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
