Ingredients
  

For the chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

For the sandwiches

  • 4 pieces sandwich buns Toasted

For the slaw

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings

  • sliced pickles Optional
  • sliced avocado Optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush buffalo sauce on each chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
  • While chicken is grilling, mix shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and season with salt and pepper for the slaw.
  • Toast sandwich buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.

Assembly

  • Layer grilled chicken on the bottom half of each toasted bun, top with slaw, and add optional toppings.
  • Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, marinate chicken in buffalo sauce for a few hours. Keep assembled sandwiches separate from slaw to prevent sogginess. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
