  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Grill the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
  • While grilling, bring a pot of water to a boil and steam the broccoli florets in a steaming basket for about 4-5 minutes until tender.

Making Sauce

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried parsley. Mix until well combined.

Serving

  • Slice the grilled chicken into strips and arrange over steamed broccoli in a bowl.
  • Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce generously over the chicken and broccoli before serving.

Notes

Marinate chicken for a few hours or overnight for enhanced flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
