  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grilling

  • Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  • Remove from grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.

Steaming Broccoli

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and place a steaming basket over it. Add broccoli florets and steam for about 4-5 minutes until tender.

Making the Sauce

  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried parsley. Stir well until creamy and smooth.

Assembly

  • Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
  • In a bowl, place steamed broccoli, add sliced chicken on top, and drizzle creamy garlic sauce over the dish.

Serving

  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken before grilling. You can also customize the dish by adding other vegetables or changing the protein.
