Preparation

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Grilling

  • Place the chicken breasts on the grill and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Steaming Broccoli

  • Steam the broccoli florets until tender but bright green for about 4-5 minutes.

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried parsley. Stir until well incorporated.

Assembly

  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
