  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

  • Once the turkey is fully cooked, add the sliced zucchini and Italian seasoning, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir well and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the zucchini is tender yet slightly crisp.
  • Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
