  • 1 tablespoon milk Adjust for desired consistency.

Caramel Drizzle Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce For drizzling on top.

Preparation

  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt before gradually blending into the wet ingredients.
  • Fold in the butterscotch chips.

Baking

  • Drop rounded scoops of cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Frosting
