Forming Meatballs

  • Roll the mixture into meatballs approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.

Cooking

  • To pan-fry, heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook meatballs for 7 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • To bake, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and bake meatballs for 20 to 25 minutes.
