Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add diced chicken breasts and cook until lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Creating the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  • Season with dried thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Let it simmer gently without boiling.

Combining Ingredients

  • Incorporate cubed potatoes into the sauce and mix well to coat.
  • Return the browned chicken to the skillet and mix to combine.

Baking
