Wraps and Veggies

  • 4 pieces tortillas or wraps Choose your preferred type.
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped For a fresh crunch.
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced Adds juiciness.
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded Optional, adds creaminess.
  • 1 piece cucumber, sliced Optional, for extra crunch.

Instructions
 

Grilling Chicken

  • Preheat your grill or pan to medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, or favorite spices.
  • Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until juices run clear.
  • Remove chicken, let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Assembling Wraps

  • In a bowl, combine sliced chicken with honey mustard sauce.
  • Lay tortillas flat and add lettuce as a base.
  • Layer on tomato, and optionally cheese and cucumber.
  • Place honey mustard chicken strips over the veggies.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides.
  • Slice wraps in half for easy serving.

These wraps can be served immediately or chilled in the fridge. They pair well with sides like potato chips or salad.
