Preparation

  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the pieces of chicken. Season lightly with salt and 1 tsp of black pepper. Cook for approximately 6-8 minutes until golden brown and no longer pink. Remove and rest on a plate.

Sauce Preparation

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, sautéing for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the honey and the remaining black pepper, allowing it to simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the honey pepper glaze.

Cheese Sauce

  • In a separate saucepan, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  • Gradually whisk in the cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt as needed.

Combine and Serve

  • Combine the drained macaroni with the cheese sauce and fold in the honey pepper chicken mixture, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot.

Notes
