  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Crushed graham crackers For topping, optional.

Preparation

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a medium-sized saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle optional toppings like mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  • Once set, lift out the fudge using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

For a more indulgent serving, consider drizzling chocolate sauce or caramel over the fudge. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
