Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Cutlets

  • 2 pieces Chicken cutlets Skinless and boneless
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt For seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper For seasoning
  • 1 piece Egg (beaten) Used for breading
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Use panko for extra crunch
  • Oil as needed Oil for frying For frying chicken

For the Hot Honey Glaze

  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Hot sauce Adjust according to taste

Preparation

  • Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper.
  • Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs.
  • Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Test readiness with a breadcrumb.
  • Carefully place the breaded cutlets in the hot oil without overcrowding.
  • Fry each cutlet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove cutlets and let them drain on paper towels.

Making the Glaze

  • In a small bowl, mix honey with hot sauce. Adjust hot sauce to preference.
  • Drizzle the hot honey glaze over the warm cutlets just before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure oil is hot before frying, and store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
