Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Once the oil is hot, add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • In a small bowl, mix the hot honey with the minced garlic.
  • After the chicken is browned, pour the hot honey-garlic mixture over the chicken and sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest briefly.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Pair with light sides like a green salad or roasted vegetables. Optionally, drizzled leftover hot honey sauce enhances flavor.
