  • 1 tablespoon olive oil To prevent sticking

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the rolled dough to a floured or oiled pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.

Assembly

  • Drizzle honey over the ricotta layer.
  • Season with salt, cracked pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top.

Baking

  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
  • After baking, drizzle more honey on top and garnish with fresh basil leaves.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze slices wrapped individually.
