Preparation

  • Start the Instant Pot on sauté mode and cook the ground turkey until it's browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Break the thin spaghetti in half to ensure even cooking.
  • Layer the broken spaghetti over the browned turkey.
  • Pour the marinara sauce over the spaghetti, then add the water.
  • Sprinkle salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning on top.
  • Seal the pot and set to cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • Once the cooking time is complete, perform a quick release by turning the valve to venting.
  • Open the lid and stir the spaghetti to combine with the sauce.

Notes

Perfect for busy nights, and may be stored in an airtight container for 3-5 days or frozen for 2-3 months. Customize with veggies or different proteins as desired.
