Instructions
 

Marinating the Chicken

  • In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the fresh orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped oregano, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each breast is well-coated.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish tightly, and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour, or overnight for best flavor.

Cooking the Chicken

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
  • Grill the chicken for approximately 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing to ensure juiciness.

Serving

  • Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips and arrange on a serving platter.
  • Serve with a fresh garden salad, grilled vegetables, or as part of a chicken taco bar with various toppings.

Notes
