Main Ingredients

  • 1 piece low-carb tortilla Choose a quality low-carb tortilla.
  • 3 slices salami
  • 3 slices pepperoni
  • 2 slices provolone cheese Can substitute with mozzarella if desired.
  • 1-2 tbsp banana peppers (sliced) Adjust based on preference for spice.
  • 1-2 tsp Italian dressing Light or homemade dressing recommended.

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients and lay them out in a convenient area.
  • Heat a skillet on medium heat.
  • Place the low-carb tortilla flat in the hot skillet.

Assembly

  • On one half of the tortilla, place the two slices of provolone cheese.
  • Layer three slices each of salami and pepperoni on top of the provolone.
  • Sprinkle 1–2 tablespoons of sliced banana peppers over the meats.
  • Drizzle with 1 to 2 teaspoons of Italian dressing.
  • Carefully fold the tortilla over the filling and press down gently.

Cooking

  • Cook the wrap for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until crispy and warm.

Serving

  • Once cooked, remove the wrap from the skillet, allow it to cool slightly, then slice it into halves or quarters.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

This wrap is best enjoyed fresh and warm. If storing, wrap tightly in foil or parchment and refrigerate. Reheat gently in a skillet for best results.
