  • 2 tbsp reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Chicken

  • Cook the chicken using your preferred method: grilling, baking, or pan-frying until fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Cooking time is generally around 6-8 minutes per side, but may vary based on chicken thickness.

Preparation

  • While the chicken is cooking, scoop ½ cup of low-fat cottage cheese into a bowl.
  • Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest, then slice it into strips.

Assembly

  • Layer the sliced chicken on top of the cottage cheese.
