Instructions
 

Cooking Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in plenty of salted water. Drain and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden, being careful not to burn it.
  • Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well and let it simmer.
  • Add Italian seasoning and mix well.
  • Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes, followed by fresh spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
  • Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes

For added protein, consider incorporating grilled chicken or shrimp. Adjust garlic quantity to taste. For a kick, add red pepper flakes.
