Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Opt for fresh, high-quality chicken for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing Store-bought Caesar dressing works well.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese You can customize your cheese choice.
  • to taste Fresh parsley for garnish Optional, but adds a nice touch.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

Mixing Topping

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder. Stir until well blended.

Coating Chicken

  • Coat each chicken breast thoroughly with the creamy mixture.

Baking

  • Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken breast. Return to the oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

You can pair this dish with a Caesar salad, garlic bread, or roasted vegetables. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to three days or frozen for three months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
