Preparation

  • Begin by grabbing a large bowl. In this bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, and chopped fresh parsley.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper according to your taste preferences to season the mixture.
  • Lay out your large tortillas on a flat surface and distribute portions of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, leaving space around the edges.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly, starting from one end and moving to the other.
  • In a skillet, pour in the olive oil and heat it over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Carefully place the rolled wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until crispy.
  • Remove the wraps from the skillet, let them cool slightly, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet for best results.
