  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened Room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar Light or dark brown sugar can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs Room temperature for better mixing.
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour Sifted to avoid lumps.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Oreo Filling

  • 12 pieces Oreo cookies For stuffing.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and baking soda.
  • Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

Assembly

  • Scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough and flatten it in your palm.
  • Place an Oreo cookie in the center and wrap the dough around it, ensuring it is completely covered.
  • Place the stuffed cookie dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
