  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add the minced garlic and stir for about a minute.
  • Add salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme to the melted butter and garlic, stirring to combine.
  • Pour the garlic butter sauce over the chicken pieces and toss to coat.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken bites in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
