Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs until well blended.
  • In another bowl, crack open the eggs and beat them gently with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Coat the chicken breast in the Parmesan and breadcrumb blend, pressing down gently to ensure adherence.
  • Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Arrange the coated chicken breasts on the greased baking sheet with space between them.

Baking

  • Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with fresh vegetables or salad for a complete meal. Consider drizzling with lemon butter sauce or creamy garlic dip for added flavor.
