  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season according to personal preference.
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, ensuring not to overcook it.
  • Drain the pasta and allow it to cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, combine cranberries, chopped pecans, diced celery, and diced red onion.

Dressing Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and honey.
  • Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.

Assembly

  • Once the pasta is cool, add it to the bowl with the cranberry and pecan mixture.
  • Drizzle the creamy dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together.

Chilling and Serving

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes

Feel free to customize with different pasta shapes or herbs. Store in an airtight container for up to three days. If the salad becomes dry, add a bit more mayonnaise.
