Ingredients
  

For the Sliders

  • 2 lbs ground beef Use lean ground beef for best results.
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 12 pieces slider buns Choose soft slider buns.
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese Can substitute with other cheese types.
  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped, optional) Can add crunch and flavor.
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted) For brushing the buns.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the beef mixture evenly on the baking sheet in a large rectangle.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until well combined.

Assembly

  • Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottoms on a large baking sheet.
  • Spread the sauce evenly over the bun bottoms.
  • Place the rectangle of cooked beef on top of the sauced buns.
  • Layer with cheddar cheese, slices of pickles, and optional chopped onions.
  • Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and place the top halves back on.

Finishing

  • Bake the assembled sliders for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and cut into individual sliders. Serve warm.

Notes

For added variations, consider using different meats or adding toppings like jalapeños. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to three months.
