  • ¼ cup powdered sugar For rolling.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Avoid overmixing.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls, then roll each in powdered sugar.
  • Arrange the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops show slight cracks.
