  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, rice vinegar, and olive oil. Whisk until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, add cauliflower florets and pour the glaze over them, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper, then spread the coated cauliflower evenly on the sheet.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the florets.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway through.
  • The cauliflower is done when it turns golden brown and emits an enticing aroma.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
  • Serve as a side dish, or over rice or quinoa, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Ensure cauliflower florets are cut evenly for uniform cooking. Allow cooling slightly before serving to enhance crispiness. Experiment with the glaze for personal taste preferences.
