  • 8 ounces Pasta (such as spaghetti or fettuccine) Cook according to package instructions.

Sauce Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced) Sauté carefully to avoid burning.
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Brown Sugar Adds sweetness to the sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust to taste for desired heat.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For sautéing garlic.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For cooking steak.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Boil water in a large pot and add the pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Steak

  • Season the steak with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the steak for 3-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove steak and let it rest before slicing.

Making the Sauce

  • Lower heat to medium, add butter to the skillet and let melt. Stir in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir and let simmer until slightly thickened.

Combining Ingredients

  • Slice the rested steak and return to skillet with the sauce, ensuring the steak is well coated.
  • Add the drained pasta into the skillet and toss everything together. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serving

  • Plate the pasta and steak, garnishing with additional red pepper flakes if desired. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water or olive oil to restore consistency.
