Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 pound Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil For frying
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

For the Sauce

  • ½ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced

For Serving

  • Rice or Noodles For serving
  • Fresh Vegetables (optional): bell peppers, carrots, or broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger.
  • Once chicken is cooked, pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and stir well.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Serving

  • Serve the Sweet Chili Chicken over rice or noodles and consider garnishing with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
