  • Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook until they soften.
  • Pour the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine.
  • Allow the mixture to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot over a bed of cooked rice.
