Cooking

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced chicken breast and sauté for about 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Add minced garlic to the wok and stir for about 30 seconds.
  • Toss in the trimmed green beans and stir for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  • Pour in the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, mixing everything together for about 2 minutes.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Serve hot over rice or noodles, adding a garnish of sesame seeds or sliced green onions if desired.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with tofu or tempeh. Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for added crunch. Adjust the sauces as per your taste.
