  • Fold in the mini chocolate morsels and toffee pieces gently with a spatula.
  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the sheets, leaving space between each cookie.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, until the edges are slightly golden but the centers remain soft.
