Ingredients
  

For the Sliders

  • 1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (12 count)
  • 2 cups diced turkey Use good-quality turkey, ideally leftover turkey from Thanksgiving.
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce or relish May microwave if thick for easier spreading.
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese (or favorite cheese) Feel free to experiment with other cheeses.
  • 6 tbsp butter Melted for the mixture.

Flavor Enhancers

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp dried minced onion
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • Parmesan cheese (optional) For sprinkling on top before serving.
  • Dried parsley (optional) For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cover a 9x13 baking pan with foil and spray generously with cooking spray.
  • Remove Hawaiian Sweet Rolls from the package while keeping them connected. Slice the slab in half lengthwise.
  • Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking pan.
  • Layer diced turkey evenly over the bottom slab.
  • Warm the cranberry sauce in the microwave if it's too thick and then spread it over the turkey.
  • Layer Swiss cheese slices on top of the cranberry sauce.
  • Replace the top half of the rolls back on.

Baking

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Whisk in yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried onion, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Pour the butter mixture evenly over the assembled sliders.
  • Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and let them sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.

Serving

  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and dried parsley on top right before serving.
  • Slice the slider slab into individual pieces and serve warm.

Notes

Storage: Sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months. Thaw before reheating. For variety, try BBQ Turkey Sliders or Veggie-Loaded Sliders.
