Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef Use high-quality or grass-fed for better flavor and nutrition.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 cups mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, etc.) Choose fresh organic greens.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 each avocado, sliced Use ripe for the best taste.
  • 1/2 each cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 serving Whole 30 compliant dressing Such as vinaigrette.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Beef

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Add ground beef to the skillet and sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, followed by salt and pepper.
  • Break up the beef with a spatula and cook until fully browned, about 7 to 10 minutes.

Preparing the Salad Base

  • In a large bowl, toss mixed greens together.
  • Add halved cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado, cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.

Assembly

  • Once the beef is cooked, remove from heat and place it on top of the prepared salad.
  • Drizzle Whole 30 compliant dressing over the bowl and gently toss to combine.

Notes

Experiment with different toppings and spices for variety. Store components separately if meal prepping to keep ingredients fresh.
